Grapes come from vineyards located in the Vicuna areas called "Rio" and "Pedregal" have been hand-picked very late (beginning of June) after 2 more months on the vines in order to get better concentration. Grapes were partially dried. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with pistons to have extraction of soft tannins, colour and aromas from over ripe fruits. Aging in Premium American oak for 6/8 months (60%). Colour is brilliant and deep, nose is very intense and fruity with vanilla and white chocolate notes. The wine shows an incredible softness in the month with velvet structure.
