This elegant white Bordeaux is a blend of 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. With a touch of French oak, the Semillon is dense and rich while the Sauvignon Blanc is refined and refreshing. Fermentation took place in 500L cement tanks, stainless steel vats and barrels. A portion was aged in new French oak barrels. The wine was aged on its lees with regular batonnages
