CENTURY RESERVE RARE CASK BEER BARREL 11YR WHT WHISKY 750ML @Deerfoot Meadows [1052968]

Years ago we partnered with Wild Rose Brewery, where they borrowed 8 wet Canadian Whisky barrels to age a Belgium Blonde Beer for 6 months. They removed their liquid to create their limited production beer. The barrels were returned and we have put whisky in them to age and imbue some of the flavour of the beer. We transferred 9-year-old, 100% wheat distillate; and aged a further 2 years, so it is now 11 years old bottled at 46%.
